Content Manager

Job Summary:
As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy for our company that aligns with our business objectives and engages our target audience effectively. You will oversee the creation, production, and distribution of all company content, including scripts, storyboards, treatments, and final films. Additionally, you will work closely with the production team to ensure that all content is high quality and meets the needs of our audience.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives
  • Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of all company content, including scripts, storyboards, treatments, and final films
  • Work closely with writers, directors, producers, and other members of the production team to ensure that all content is high-quality and meets the needs of our audience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distribution partners to ensure that our content reaches our target audience through appropriate channels, such as theaters, streaming platforms, and social media
  • Build and engage with our audience through various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and community events
  • Track and analyze the performance of our content, including engagement metrics, audience feedback, and financial returns, and use this information to refine our content strategy and improve future content creation and distribution
 
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in content management, preferably in the film industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of content creation and production processes, including screenwriting, storyboarding, and post-production
  • Familiarity with distribution channels and strategies for reaching target audiences
  • Proficiency in social media and email marketing tools
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze performance metrics to inform content strategy
